Born on May 26, 1991, Jean Luc Gosse is a digital artist, illustrator, builder of the imagination that
gravitates around the worlds of comics, manga and science fiction.
From the National Artistic High School of Abidjan to a year of training at INSAAC, he pursued his experience as a freelancer and contributed to many creative projects such as Elsewhen at Dakar Biennale 2016, Design Indaba 2017 in Cape Town and also at Turbine Artfair 2018 in Johannesburg.
In June 2021, Jean Luc GOSSE realized his first solo exhibition in Abidjan at Tiama Hotel; That was the start of his solo career with BAKUN project by declining the story of BAKUN in a mixed media exhibition.
In May 2022, he introduced BAKUN Universe at the off Biennale Dakar 2022.
He is currently working on the first volume of BAKUN's adventures in comics and also other mediums..
